External hosting is carried out for the purpose of contract fulfilment vis-à-vis our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s end device (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. General information on the legal basis for data processing on this website

If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR, insofar as special categories of data are processed in accordance with Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR. Note on the transfer of data to third countries that are not secure under data protection law and the transfer to US companies that are not DPF-certified

Among other things, we use tools from companies based in third countries that are not secure under data protection law and US tools whose providers are not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these countries and processed there. We would like to point out that no level of data protection comparable to that in the EU can be guaranteed in third countries that are unsafe under data protection law.

We would like to point out that the USA, as a safe third country, generally has a level of data protection comparable to that of the EU. Data transfer to the USA is therefore permitted if the recipient is certified under the ‘EU-US Data Privacy Framework’ (DPF) or has suitable additional guarantees. Recipients of personal data

As part of our business activities, we work together with various external organisations. In some cases, it is also necessary to transfer personal data to these external organisations. Appointment & booking Tool

Tu Calendi

Our website integrates a call from Tu Calendi, a third-party tool for booking and managing appointments. Tu Calendi is operated by TuCalendi.com, Calle Bethencourt Alfonso 33, 38002 Santa Cruz, S/C Tenerife, Spain and enables us to organise and manage bookings efficiently.

When you book appointments via Tu Calendi, personal data is collected and processed. This usually includes

An order processing agreement (AVV) has been concluded with Tu Calendi, which fulfils the data protection requirements in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Zoom

For contacting and working further with us, we use the video conferencing tool Zoom, a third-party tool for video conferencing and online meetings. Zoom is operated by Zoom Video Communications, Inc, 55 Almaden Blvd, Suite 600, San Jose, CA 95113, USA and enables us to conduct virtual meetings and webinars efficiently.

When you participate in our video conferences and online meetings via Zoom, personal data is collected and processed. This data usually includes:
